The seminar was divided in three parts. During the first part of the seminar, they emphasized different aspects of physical conditioning and training, under the instruction of Professor Perlaza, which included different exercise drills to improve the physical condition as a sparring competitor. In the second part, they started practicing different routines for dodging, stepping (single/double), and combinations with the application and explanation. Additionally, they continued these drills using targets and real applications during sparring. During the recess, they practiced patterns and reinforced the knowledge acquired from Master Camelo with the assistance of Master Suarez. In the last part of the seminar, Julio Carlos had the opportunity to share sparring techniques with all black belts and color belts, by showing the different drills in real sparring. The seminar was concluded with Master Suarez reviewing patterns with all the participants by leading the review of all color and black belts patterns.
All the participants were delighted with the results of the event and everyone gave 100% of effort during the seminar. It was a pleasure for Master Suarez, Prof. Perlaza and Mr. Carlos having the opportunity to share and work together in Colombia.
